
Zoho are global market leaders with their business management tools. Their software helps run businesses of all sizes – founded in 1996 and now used worldwide.
Zoho wanted a customer story film featuring ITV Studios, one of their key clients in the creative sector. The catch: due to the commercially sensitive nature of ITV’s setup, we couldn’t show any of the actual interface or software configuration on screen.
Without visuals to lean on, the film had to live or die on how the contributors explained their workflows. We worked closely with Zoho’s UK team and their delivery partner A2Z Cloud to structure the interviews around what could be said clearly without needing screen grabs or walkthroughs. Half a day filming at ITV Studios’ Salford office, then edited and graded in-house.
A customer story that sells the software through the people using it, not through product demo footage. Proof that Zoho runs in environments where the stakes are high and the data is sensitive.
