LUR have worked with Fettle on two projects. First, an induction film to bring new starters up to speed on the business. Then in 2025, documentation of a major milestone – the opening of two new purpose-built facilities in Manchester and Doncaster as part of a £7.5 million investment.
The induction film required us to get under the skin of the operation – understanding the business well enough to explain it clearly to someone on their first day. For the site launches we covered both openings: the 102,000 sq ft Doncaster bogie facility and the relocated Manchester wheelset operation. Significant developments for the company that needed proper documentation.
