Holdsworth needed a set of films for HR and internal comms – a recruitment video to attract new staff, an employee benefits explainer for existing teams and a company values film that could work both internally and as a sales tool. Each needed to reflect the family ownership and the standards they’re known for.
Filming across both sites to show the full scope of the operation – warehouses, cold stores, butchery, offices and the delivery fleet. Drone work inside the depots for dynamic shots that lift it above standard corporate fare. Interviews with owners Rupert and Milly to put a human face on the family business angle. Each film got its own structure, plus social cutdowns and multi-format versions for 16:9 and 9:16.
