107 videos filmed over four days at their Manchester office, featuring 19 team members on camera. That’s a lot of people with varying levels of comfort in front of a lens. The key was adapting the interview style for each contributor – getting people relaxed enough to talk naturally rather than reciting rehearsed lines. We edited each piece down to something concise and watchable. The photography followed a set style for consistency across their online presence – headshots for the team, plus lifestyle shots around the office.
